How do you get new collectors productive faster? And which accounts should they start on?
In our experience, new collectors ramp faster, and stay longer, when their first weeks have wins in them.
Three things help most. Training that puts them on the floor early. Steady support from a manager and colleagues through the first ninety days. And accounts they can succeed with.
Not the oldest, hardest leftovers. That is a fast way to lose them. Not only the easiest either, which teaches little. Start with a normal mix, and watch what each one does well on.
And judge them fairly. Compare each new collector with others in the same class, on similar accounts.
Give them wins early, and they are more likely to stay.

Would it be a bad idea to spend 45 minutes finding out?
If your shop does not qualify, you will hear it on the call, not after you have paid for a report.
