What is RPC conversion in debt collection?
It is the share of right party contacts that end in a payment or an arrangement. Count the contacts. Count the payments and arrangements. Divide, for the same accounts over the same period.
The contact rate tells you how many consumers you reached. Conversion tells you how much of that became money.
As an illustration only: two thousand contacts in a month, and three hundred end in a payment or an arrangement. That is fifteen percent.
Low converting floors have the most room. When most contacts end unpaid, the conversation decides, and who has it matters. When nearly every contact pays, any competent collector will do. Reach gets you the conversation. Conversion is what turns it into money.

Would it be a bad idea to spend 45 minutes finding out?
If your shop does not qualify, you will hear it on the call, not after you have paid for a report.
