Same accounts, different results. Why?

Part of the gap between collectors is skill that coaching can spread. The rest is fit: each collector is stronger with some kinds of account than others.

Why do some collectors convert more right-party contacts than others on the same accounts?

Part of it is skill. Stronger collectors create urgency without pressure, suggest a plan the consumer can keep, and ask for the payment. Coaching can spread that. The rest is fit.

A floor-wide leaderboard averages those strengths away. Split results by type of account, and the order changes. Someone in the middle of the board can lead on one kind.

To check your own floor, compare collectors within each kind of account, on dollars collected per account contacted. If the order changes, routing is leaving money on the table.

Same accounts, different collectors. Each one is stronger with some kinds of account than others.

Would it be a bad idea to spend 45 minutes finding out?

If your shop does not qualify, you will hear it on the call, not after you have paid for a report.
