Give your collectors what they’re asking for
Collectors want conversations they can convert. Give them more of those, and see what it’s worth on an example floor, worked out the way the calculator does it.
What the video covers
- Collectors already ask for conversations they can convert. Every collector is the right fit for some customers, but today whoever is free takes the call.
- It hasn’t been done before because it was hard to set up. BestPair takes that part on: same team, same accounts, the dialer you already run.
- What it’s worth: the calculator takes three numbers from your own reports (collectors to choose from, payments per right-party contact, monthly collections). More choice and more room in your conversion mean more upside, capped at 20%, applied to what you collect.
- On the calculator’s example floor (50 collectors, 33.5% of contacts paying, $500K a month) that comes to about 5.3% more: $26K a month, $316K a year.
An estimate, not a promise
The example is illustrative: the calculator’s own starting numbers, not a client’s. Your floor’s number will be different. The calculator on the home page works it out from your three numbers, and the Floor Assessment measures it on your own history before anything is promised.

Ask any collector what they want. Conversations they can actually convert.
Every collector is the right fit for some customers. But today, whoever is free takes the call.
Matching them hasn’t been done, because setting it up was hard. That’s the part we take on. Same team, same accounts, the dialer you already run.
Your collectors get more of the conversations they can win. And more of those conversations end in a payment.
Give your collectors what they want, and you get what you need.
To see what it’s worth, the calculator takes three numbers from your reports. More collectors to choose from, and more room in your conversion, mean more upside. Then it lands on what you collect.
On an example floor, fifty collectors, about a third of contacts paying, half a million a month, that’s about five percent more. Twenty six thousand dollars a month. Over three hundred thousand a year.
It’s an estimate, not a promise. The Floor Assessment measures it on your own history.
Put in your own three numbers at bestpair.ai.

Three numbers off your dialer and collections reports give an illustrative figure for your floor. It is at best informed guesswork until your own history is measured.

Would it be a bad idea to spend 45 minutes finding out?
If your shop does not qualify, you will hear it on the call, not after you have paid for a report.
