After the Assessment, you only pay on the extra you collect.
A fixed fee for the Floor Assessment. After that, 10% of what pairing adds on your floor, measured every month against a control group. A month with no gain costs the minimum and nothing more.

Stage 1
The Floor Assessment
$15,000 fixed, 4 weeks
- A report on your own floor four weeks after we confirm your data, and the models Stage 2 runs on, built at the same time.
- Nothing changes on your floor, and you keep the report whatever it shows.
- Credited against Stage 2 fees above the $2,500 minimum. Credit still unused 12 months after Stage 2 starts, or when Stage 2 ends if sooner, lapses.

Stage 2
Live pairing
10% of the extra collected
- Measured against a control group: 20% of accounts stay on your current routing, and the extra is the difference.
- A $2,500 monthly minimum. If the two groups collect the same, you pay the minimum.
- You can leave in the first 90 days on 30 days’ notice. After that, the 12-month term applies.
Between the two: we take your team through the report. Stage 2 starts on the 1st of the next month unless you opt out in writing within 10 business days, at no further cost.
Questions owners ask about price
- How is agent matching software priced?
- How do I budget for agent matching next year?
- How long is the contract for live pairing, and can we leave early?
- If the Floor Assessment shows no gain, what do we pay?
- Does holding back a control group cost us collections?
- Could a collection agency build predictive pairing in-house?
Would it be a bad idea to spend 45 minutes finding out?
If your shop does not qualify, you will hear it on the call, not after you have paid for a report.
