Compliance questions
For: Compliance
BestPair does not dial, call, text or contact consumers. It changes only which collector works an account. It does not change whether an account is worked, what a consumer is offered, or any collection terms.
What stays in your own dialer and systems, unchanged: dial volume, call frequency limits, call windows and Reg F controls. Your collectors still make every call, under your policies.
Two things to check with your dialer and compliance teams:
- Frequency counts follow the account. In Stage 2, assigned accounts sit in agent-owned lists. Make sure your call frequency tracking still counts every attempt on an account, whichever list it sits in.
- Which account details inform assignment. Assignment draws on your own call and payment history and account details: balance, days delinquent, placement date, consumer age band, state and ZIP code. If your compliance team would rather an attribute wasn't used, tell us early and we'll confirm what's possible before you sign.
We never ask for consumer names, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, email or street addresses, or bank details. Questions: [email protected].
