How the extra is measured
For: Finance, operations
The extra is measured against a control group on your own floor, in the same months. As accounts in scope arrive, they are split at random: 80% go to the BestPair group and 20% stay on your current routing as the control group.
Comparing this year with last year can't separate pairing from tax season, new placements or a week of absences. Because the split is random and both groups run in the same weeks, they get the same mix of accounts and the same good and bad months.
How the extra is worked out. Each month both groups are scored on dollars collected per account contacted. The extra is how much more the BestPair group collects per account contacted, multiplied by the number of BestPair group accounts contacted. The monthly fee is the greater of 10% of the extra and $2,500, so if the two groups collect the same you pay the minimum. We don't guarantee a level of lift.
At least 70% of BestPair group contacts must reach the assigned collector. Routing adherence is shown on every monthly statement, and both groups' results are on every invoice.
