What it could mean on your floor

For: Owner, finance

The honest answer is that it depends on your floor, and your own data will tell you.

What matters is the spread: how differently your collectors do on the same kinds of accounts. If your best and weakest collectors collect about the same from similar accounts, pairing has little to work with. If the gap is wide, there is money in sending each account to the collector who does best with it.

To show what a Floor Assessment report looks like, we use a Sample Report built on synthetic data from a fictional floor. In that sample, the best collector collects $194 per account contacted and the weakest collects $92. Those figures are synthetic, not from a real client, and yours will be different.

For the call, a rough idea of your own numbers helps: how many collectors you have, how many accounts they work a month, and what they collect. We'll talk about your floor, not the sample.

To see the shape of the answer before you pay for one, walk through the Sample Report.
