BestPair is led by Kevin Daly, founder and CEO. Kevin is based in Sydney, Australia, and BestPair sells to US collection agencies, debt buyers and servicers.
The quickest way to judge who you're dealing with is how we sell. Four things we hold to:
- Every collector does best with some accounts. BestPair is built to find which, from your own call and payment history.
- We measure, we don't promise. Live pairing is measured against a control group on your own book, and every invoice comes with a results statement.
- If it won't work, we say so. If your collectors turn out too alike for pairing to pay, the report says so plainly and you don't take up Stage 2. The $15,000 is not refundable: it paid for a report you keep, with actions you can take without us. If you do go ahead, it is credited against Stage 2 fees above the monthly minimum, and unused credit lapses after Stage 2's first year, or when Stage 2 ends if sooner.
- "No" is a fine answer. On the first call, we'd rather tell you it isn't a fit.
