The daily assignment file
For: IT, dialer lead
On a preview or manual dialer, BestPair posts an assignment file to a secure folder every morning in Stage 2. Your team loads it the way you load lists today, or sets it up as agent queues.
Each row carries your account ID, the assigned collector by your agent ID, and backup collectors for when the assigned collector isn't available.
Load assigned accounts into agent-owned lists, so each account stays with its named collector. On a progressive or power dialer, the file is used where your dialer supports agent-owned lists, and segments are used where it does not. On a predictive dialer, we work through your existing skills-based router instead: BestPair defines the segments (which accounts sit in each, and which collectors can work each one), and the router does the rest.
Which accounts it covers. Accounts in scope are split at random. 80% form the BestPair group and follow the assignments; 20% form the control group and stay on your current routing. Your routing still picks the team; the file picks the collector inside it.
The requirement. At least 70% of BestPair group contacts must reach the assigned collector. Routing adherence is shown on every monthly statement.
We agree which of these fits your dialer, the posting time, the exact layout and how the control group is handled with your IT or dialer lead before Stage 2 starts.
