BestPair doesn't replace your dialer, your collection system or your routing. Nothing gets ripped out.
For the Floor Assessment, we work from files you export. We don't connect to your systems.
If you go ahead, how assignments reach your floor depends on how your dialer runs:
- Preview or manual. BestPair posts one file of assignments to a secure folder every morning. It lists each account, the named collector who should work it and backup collectors. Your team loads it the way you load lists today, into agent-owned lists or agent queues.
- Predictive. We work through your dialer's existing skills-based router. BestPair defines the segments (which accounts sit in each, and which collectors can work each one), and the router does the rest.
- Progressive or power. In between: named collectors where your dialer supports agent-owned lists, segments where it does not.
We set this up with your IT or dialer lead before Stage 2 starts. Control group accounts stay on your current routing.
