What BestPair does

BestPair is predictive pairing for collection floors.

Every collector on your floor does better with some kinds of accounts than with others. One is strong on large, fresh balances. Another does best with older consumers on aged accounts. Your routing usually can't see that, so an account goes to whichever eligible collector is next.

BestPair reads your own call and payment history, learns which collector does best with which kind of account, and sends each account to that collector. The collectors, the accounts and the dial volume stay the same. The only thing that changes is who works which account.

It starts with a Floor Assessment: a report built from your own data. It shows how far apart your collectors are and where the value sits. If you go ahead after that, BestPair sends you assignments every day and measures the result against a control group, so you can see what changed. On a predictive dialer, we work through your existing skills-based router instead: BestPair defines the segments, and the router does the rest.
