Not yet. We only put you in touch with a client who has agreed to take reference calls, and none has yet. When one does, we'll say so here.
That's a real gap. Here is what you can check meanwhile.
The method. In live pairing, accounts are split at random as they arrive: 80% to BestPair's assignments, 20% kept on your current routing as a control group. Every invoice comes with a results statement comparing the two. You judge us on your own book.
The Sample Report. A Sample Report built on synthetic data from a fictional floor shows what your report would contain before you pay for one.
If it won't work. If your collectors turn out too alike for pairing to pay, the report says so plainly. The Floor Assessment fee is not refundable, and you keep the report. The exact test is on What it costs.
The exits. Stage 2 starts on the 1st of the month after the readout, unless you opt out in writing within 10 business days. In the first 90 days of live pairing, you can leave on 30 days' notice.
