On your floor

How results show up month to month

For: Operations, owner

Every month in live pairing, your invoice comes with a results statement. It shows both groups' results, the extra collected, the fee, the Floor Assessment credit used and remaining, and routing adherence.

Here is the worked month from your order form. The figures are invented to show the format:

  • BestPair group: $56 collected per account contacted, across 4,000 accounts contacted
  • Control group: $50 collected per account contacted
  • Extra: $6 per account contacted, so $24,000
  • Fee at 10%: $2,400
  • Below the $2,500 minimum, so the minimum applies and no credit is used
  • Due: $2,500

The comparison. Your control group is 20% of your own accounts, split at random as they arrive, so it lived through the same month. If the two groups collect the same, the fee is the $2,500 minimum.

Routing adherence. At least 70% of BestPair group contacts must reach the assigned collector. On a preview or manual dialer, assigned accounts stay in agent-owned lists with their named collector. On a predictive dialer, calls go through your existing skills-based router, using the segments BestPair defines. Progressive or power sits in between: named collectors where your dialer supports agent-owned lists, segments where it does not.
