What your dialer needs to do

For: IT, dialer lead

It should. BestPair doesn't connect to your dialer or replace it, and there's no integration project. What your dialer needs to do depends on how it runs.

In Stage 2, by dialer mode:

  • Preview or manual. Your dialer holds accounts in agent-owned lists or agent queues, so each assigned account stays with one named collector, and loads a new CSV of assignments every day, the way you load lists today.
  • Predictive. We work through your dialer's existing skills-based router. BestPair defines the segments (which accounts sit in each, and which collectors can work each one), and the router does the rest.
  • Progressive or power. In between: named collectors where your dialer supports agent-owned lists, segments where it does not.

For the Floor Assessment, your dialer or collection system also needs to record which collector worked each call, so calls and payments tie back to that collector.

You don't change dialers. We set this up with your IT or dialer lead before Stage 2 starts. Control group accounts stay on your current routing. Dial volume, call frequency limits and call windows stay in your dialer.

Tell us which dialer and collection system you run, and how you load lists today. Email [email protected] or bring it to the first call.
