What changes for your collectors

For your collectors, very little changes. They keep the same seats, the same dialer and the same dial volume. What changes is which accounts land in their lists.

Do they need to know? How and when you tell your team is your decision. We'll talk it through before Stage 2 if that helps.

Is it fair on commission? Pairing is not a leaderboard. A collector who looks average overall can be one of your strongest on one kind of account. BestPair sends each account to the eligible collector who has done best with accounts like it, inside the group your routing already chose. Work spreads across your floor rather than piling onto a few collectors. Your commission plan is yours; BestPair doesn't touch it.

What about sick days? Every account in the daily assignment file names backup collectors. If the assigned collector is out, a backup works it.

New hires have no history yet, so they are treated as floor average and get a normal mix, not leftovers.
