Making the case
Questions your team will ask
For: Champion
Short answers by role, each linked to a deeper page.
Operations: "Isn't this just skills routing?" No. Routing picks the group; BestPair picks the collector inside it. More: How BestPair differs from skills routing.
Compliance: "What data leaves?" Your own IDs, outcomes, payments and a few account details. No consumer names or contact details, ever. More: Your data.
IT or dialer lead: "Will it work with our dialer?" Nothing gets ripped out. On a preview or manual dialer you load a daily file of assignments into agent-owned lists; on a predictive dialer we work through your existing skills-based router; progressive or power sits in between. More: What your dialer needs to do.
Owner: "What if it doesn't work?" If your collectors are too alike, the report says so and you don't take up Stage 2. The $15,000 is not refundable; you keep the report. If you go ahead, it is credited against Stage 2 fees above the $2,500 minimum, and unused credit lapses after Stage 2's first year, or when Stage 2 ends if sooner. A live pairing month with no gain costs the $2,500 minimum. More: What you pay if it doesn't work.
Finance: "What does it cost?" Stage 1: $15,000. Stage 2: 10% of the extra, $2,500 monthly minimum. More: What it costs, start to finish.
Signer: "What am I signing?" One signature accepts the Order Form, Standard Terms and Data Processing Addendum, plus a BAA for healthcare accounts. More: The contracts, before the call.
