One Adobe Acrobat Sign signature accepts the Order Form, Standard Terms and Data Processing Addendum, plus a Business Associate Agreement if you work healthcare accounts. No data moves until you've signed.
- Order Form. $15,000 for the Floor Assessment, invoiced when you sign and paid before any data moves; your opt-out after the readout; the Stage 2 fee of 10% of the extra, with a $2,500 monthly minimum; and the term.
- Standard Terms. The general terms behind the Order Form: how the service is provided, confidentiality, liability, and how either side can end the agreement.
- Data Processing Addendum. Your data is used to deliver your work, and deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends. BestPair keeps the models trained on it, as Standard Terms 5.2 sets out. Where it is stored is set out there too.
- Business Associate Agreement. Healthcare accounts only.
If they conflict, the BAA governs protected health information, the Addendum personal information, and the Order Form prevails over the Standard Terms.
